De eind jaren tachtig opgerichte Amsterdamse KOKI BOGA BIG BAND is een big band in de klassieke zin van het woord. Dat wil zeggen: 5 saxofoons, 4 trombones, 4 trompetten, piano, contrabas, gitaar en slagwerk. De bandleden - met meer dan 150 jaar bandervaring - is het vooral om het speelplezier te doen.

The Amsterdam-based KOKI BOGA BIG BAND, founded in the eighties, is a big band in the classical sense of the word. Which means: 5 saxophones, 4 trombones, 4 trumpets, piano, doublebass, guitar and drums.
